“Limitless; Your Hormone Harmony Transformation” is an affordable, online program that is unlike anything you may have done before.  It focuses on hormone rebalance, healing your metabolism through correcting body composition (fat to muscle ratio) and clearing your liver to allow for proper function.   With a clear, simple to follow program rich with content, it provides you with everything you need to succeed.  Get ready for a lot of “ah-ha’s” as you  learn WHY you feel the way you do!

Each week, you’ll learn about:

  • How your body works
  • How you got to where you currently are (and what to shift so that you don’t slip back there!)
  • Your jump start into what to eat supported by a full menu and recipe plan as well as how to eat when you’re away from home
  • Your road map for each week including movement, training and mindset

Week 2:

  • Lifestyle:  Reducing environmental toxins to the liver
  • Liver love practices:  Dry brushing, lymphatic drainage and support

  • Replenishing the Gut Microbiome.  Gain a better understanding of what to eat and why you’re eating it, as well as how it will affect your gut!  Enjoy your first week of recipes, continue on the chat, and our second zoom call!
  • Hormones!  A focus on cortisol, melatonin, dopamine and serotonin.  Go beyond the basics and really understand how they impact you and are connected.
  • Lifestyle: The benefits of good sleep. Many of us struggle to get a good night’s sleep, and as we age it can become even more difficult.  We’ll focus on ways to improve your sleep habits no matter if your sleep is in the “good, bad or ugly” category!
  • Enjoy your third week of recipes that focus on gut healing and microbiome love!

Week 4:

  • Focus:  Food is Fuel, hormones and stress
  • Key Concept:  The interconnection of your body systems, hormones and metabolism
  • Plants, plants, glorious plants!   Trying plant-based recipes that are rich in fiber and prebiotics and lower in saturated fats is always a favorite topic!  And these are also HIGH in protein!  There are SO many resources and options that help to make a plant-focused diet a great addition to any omnivore’s diet. And delicious, did I mention how delicious a plant-based recipe can be?
  • Lifestyle Focus.  Got stress? Embrace nature’s therapy.  There’s nothing quite like including nature in your movement and stress relief. Deep breathing, meditation or movement that includes meditation like yoga, sound frequencies that calm your nervous system into a beautiful parasympathetic state.  These are just a few of the rabbit holes we can travel down in week 4.
  • Enjoy your fourth week of recipes that are entirely plant based and high in protein!  If you’ve ever wondered how to get the right amount of protein from plants, this one is for you!
  • Wrap up our program by knowing what has worked for you and why, using our measurement tools that do NOT involve a scale.
