Energy and intuitive work is something we all already have at our disposal.  As a Reiki Master Practitioner III and an Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) practitioner, we can explore whether including any of this work in your healing is right for you any time during our work together.

The Reiki services that I share are distance Reiki, which is to say that we don’t need to be physically together to benefit from the work.  In fact, any of my Functional Nutrition and Coaching clients will benefit because it’s included in your work with me.

Emotional Freedom Technique can be used for a variety of reasons to help the body and mind.  If we find that EFT would be a good fit for what you need, we can apply that at any time.  It is also included in your Functional Nutrition and Coaching package.

What is Reiki?

One of the greatest Reiki healing health benefits is  stress reduction and relaxation,  which triggers the bodies natural healing abilities, and improves and maintains health.  A body that is free from stress will allow a greater path for learning and incorporating new things.

Reiki healing is a natural therapy that gently balances life energies and brings health and well being to the recipient.  During a session with me, if you feel blocked or unable to move forward, Reiki healing will help to alleviate the block and allow for better flow of the information that you wish to receive.

This simple, non-invasive healing system works with the Higher Self of the Receiver to promote health and well being of the entire physical, emotional and psychic body. Therefore it is truly a system of attaining and promoting wholeness of Mind, Body and Spirit.

Potential Benefits of Reiki

When the flow of the “Life Force Energy” is disrupted, weakened or blocked, emotional or health problems tend to occur. Imbalances can be caused from many situations occurring in our lives, such as: emotional or physical trauma, injury, negative thoughts and feelings, including fear, worry, doubt, anger, anxiety, negative self-talk, toxicity, nutritional depletion, destructive lifestyle and relationships, neglect of self and lack of love for oneself or others, from emotions that are not expressed in a healthy way.

Reiki is excellent for healing any physical, mental, emotional and spiritual issues of any kind and it gives deep inner peace and clarity.

What is EFT?

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), also known as “tapping,” is a method that some individuals have found helpful in managing their emotions. During EFT, individuals tap certain points on their body – similar to the points used during acupuncture.  There are many ways to apply EFT and get great results.  Some are faster than others, but they all have the potential to change your life for the better.

Everyday life is full of emotionally charged situations, and after using EFT for a while, you’ll realize how easily an unresolved emotion can become a much bigger problem.  The good news is that you can use EFT whenever you want; at work, in the car (not while you’re driving!), before you go to sleep, or whenever life throws you a curve.  By keeping your energy systems balanced, you’ll find that your reactions are more reasonable, your choices are more productive, and your complaints are much fewer.

Potential Benefits of EFT

Anyone can learn EFT!  Once I’ve shared some basic concepts and we’ve practiced together, you can apply EFT to the situation at hand, and then other situations that may arise from time to time.  EFT can help with sleep, stress, fear, confidence, physical pain and more.
